Terms of Service

• Provide accurate account information and keep it current.
• Keep your sign-in account secure and notify us of suspected unauthorized use.
• Use one personal account and do not sell, transfer, or share account access.
• You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless applicable law provides otherwise.

Subject to these Terms, impol.dev gives you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to use the Service for learning, interview preparation, and other lawful personal purposes. This permission does not transfer ownership of the Service or its content to you.

You may not, or help another person to:

• Break the law, infringe rights, impersonate others, or submit harmful content.
• Attack, probe, disable, overload, or interfere with the Service, code runner, APIs, authentication, billing, or security systems.
• Bypass Premium restrictions, request limits, access controls, or other technical protections.
• Scrape, crawl, bulk-download, automate requests to, or systematically copy the Service without written permission.
• Reverse engineer or attempt to discover non-public source code or underlying systems, except where applicable law expressly permits it.
• Share Premium access, resell the Service, or use it to build a competing service.
• Run code intended to escape its execution environment, access unauthorized data, mine cryptocurrency, distribute malware, or disrupt infrastructure.

Some content and features are free. Others require an active Premium subscription. The content, limits, and features included in each tier are described in the Service and may evolve over time.

A subscription provides access for its active period; it is not a purchase of the underlying problems, solutions, videos, course material, or software. New or changed features may have separate requirements.

• Paid subscriptions are processed by PayPal and automatically renew at the monthly or yearly interval shown at checkout until cancelled.
• You authorize PayPal to charge the displayed price and applicable taxes for each renewal. PayPal's terms and privacy practices also apply to payment processing.
• You can cancel before the next renewal through subscription management in your account. After cancellation, Premium normally remains active through the end of the current paid period.
• Except where required by law or expressly approved by impol.dev, fees are non-refundable and are not prorated for unused time. Exceptional billing issues may be reviewed at our discretion when you contact us.
• Prices may change for future billing periods. Where required, notice will be provided before the changed price applies.

You retain ownership of source code and other original content you submit. You give impol.dev a limited, non-exclusive license to host, store, copy, execute, analyze, and display that content only as needed to operate, secure, support, and improve the Service.

You must have the right to submit your content. Do not include confidential employer material, personal data you do not have permission to use, passwords, API keys, private keys, or other secrets.

The Service's software, design, branding, course material, videos, explanations, curated collections, and other content are owned by or licensed to impol.dev and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, publicly display, sell, or create derivative commercial products from that material unless written permission or applicable law allows it. Third-party content remains subject to its owner's rights and notices.

The Service relies on or links to third parties, including Google, GitHub, PayPal, cloud infrastructure, and external problem resources. impol.dev does not control third-party services and is not responsible for their content, availability, or practices. Your use of them may be governed by separate terms and policies.

We may add, modify, limit, suspend, or discontinue features, problems, course material, challenges, rankings, or integrations. We may correct leaderboard, streak, submission, or billing records when they are affected by errors, abuse, or invalid activity.

We work to keep the Service available, but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. Maintenance, provider outages, security events, and causes beyond reasonable control may affect availability.

The Service is provided for education and practice. It does not guarantee an interview, job offer, certification, score, or employment outcome. Solutions, runtime measurements, memory measurements, explanations, and recommendations may contain errors or differ from another execution environment. You remain responsible for how you use the information.

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may restrict or terminate access when reasonably necessary to address a violation of these Terms, non-payment, fraud, security risk, legal requirement, or material harm to the Service or others. Where practical and appropriate, we may provide notice or an opportunity to resolve the issue. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or uninterrupted availability.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, impol.dev will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, opportunities, or goodwill arising from the Service. Our aggregate liability for claims relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of USD 50 or the amount you paid to impol.dev during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.

These exclusions and limits do not apply where prohibited by law and do not reduce mandatory consumer rights that cannot be waived.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Argentine Republic, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Mandatory consumer protections in your place of residence remain unaffected.

Before filing a formal claim, please contact us and provide enough information to understand the dispute so both sides can try to resolve it informally. Any dispute not resolved informally will be submitted to the competent courts under applicable law.

We may update these Terms. The date at the top identifies the latest version, and material changes may be announced through the Service or another appropriate method. Continued use after revised Terms take effect means you accept them.

If a provision is unenforceable, it will be limited as necessary and the remaining provisions will continue in effect. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. These Terms and the Privacy Policy form the agreement between you and impol.dev concerning the Service.
